DRC

Design Review Committee (DRC) meetings generally occur on the second Friday of each month at 9am.  Occasionally, the Board may hold evening meetings.  

The meeting schedule for the next month is as follows:

Please contact the DRC office at 970-926-1067 at least 15 days prior to the meeting to be placed on the agenda.  All DRC submittals must be made 15 days prior to a meeting.

Currently, the DRC is revising the Design Guidelines.  Any suggestions or comments should be submitted to the DRC office prior to the next board meeting.
