WELCOME TO HOMESTEAD

Homestead is composed of 760 acres, 3 filings of single-family homes, town homes and multi-family housing accommodating a great mix of singles, families, retirees and second homeowners. We have approximately 835 residences and over 400 acres of open space within our planned unit development, and at the center of it all is The Homestead Court Club. If you are a member, the documentation page of this web site includes the monthly owner letter and any other vital communication, DRC (Design Review Committee) information and forms, and official documents.

Homestead’s Annual Meeting: February 20

The Annual Homeowners Association Meeting will be held at the Homestead Court Club on Monday, February 20th, 2012 at 7:00pm. Information regarding the annual meeting will be sent out to all Homestead homeowners with the February Newsletter. There will be a vote for two open Board Member seats at the meeting. If you are interested in running for the Board please attend the January Board Meeting or contact a member of the nominating committee.
