Homestead is composed of 760 acres, 3 filings of single-family homes, town homes and multi-family housing accommodating a great mix of singles, families, retirees and second homeowners. 

We have approximately 800 residences and over 400 acres of open space within our planned unit development, and at the center of it all is The Homestead Court Club.

If you are a homeowner, the documentation page of this web site includes the monthly owner letter and any other vital communication, DRC (Design Review Committee) information and forms, official documents, and all Transfer Assessment documentation.
